Where to Find it:
Open the Donut Dashboard.
Go to Shoutouts → People in the left sidebar menu.
For Shoutouts Admins
Admins can use the People Page to manage recognition program activity and adjust allowances.
You’ll see:
Points Given and Received: Track how many points each person has shared and earned.
Redeemed Points: See when teammates use their points for rewards.
Allowance: Set how many points each person can give in a cycle.
Why Adjust Allowances?
Custom allowances let you fine-tune how recognition works in your team:
Managers and leaders: Give them higher allowances so they can recognize larger groups.
New hires: Start with fewer points and increase over time.
Special occasions: Temporarily boost allowances during milestones, launches, or company-wide events.
Disable a User’s Points Access
Admins can disable a user’s ability to send, receive, or redeem Shoutouts points from the People page.
To disable a user:
Go to Shoutouts & Points → People in the left sidebar.
Find the user you want to disable.
Turn off the toggle in the Status column.
Once disabled, the user cannot send or receive points or redeem rewards from the Rewards Store. Their status will remain disabled until an admin turns it back on. Point activity will not automatically reactivate their access.
