What is a Private Shoutout?
Private Shoutouts are a way to send recognition points directly to a teammate, without posting publicly in a Slack channel.

How Private Shoutouts Appear to Recipients

If sent as Donut
The recipient receives a private message from Donut letting them know they received points from you, along with your message.
Private shoutouts are always delivered privately and never post to shared Slack channels.
