The My Rewards tab shows every reward you've redeemed from the Rewards Store and where each one stands. It's also where you can get back to a gift card after you redeem it.
How to find your rewards history
Log in to the Donut dashboard.
Click Profile in the left sidebar, then My History.
Open the My Rewards tab.
You'll see each reward with the date you redeemed it and how many points it cost. The points column uses whatever name your team gave its points.
What each status means
Redeem link: Click it to open your gift card again.
Fulfilled: An admin marked your reward as fulfilled.
Unfulfilled: You redeemed a reward, but it hasn't been marked as fulfilled yet.

Getting back to a gift card
Click Redeem link next to the gift card. If you haven't chosen a card yet, you'll land back on the page where you pick one. If you already chose a card, Tremendous, our gift card provider, asks you to confirm it's you and emails you a verification link before showing your card details.
