✅ Gift card rewards are available on Standard and Premium plans. Gift cards are redeemed at a rate of $0.10 per point, and you can redeem amounts between $5 and $100.
How to Redeem a Gift Card
Log in to the Donut dashboard and open your Rewards Store.
Tip: You can also open the Rewards Store from the Redeem button in the Slack message Donut sends when you receive a Shoutout
Select the gift card reward and choose your amount based on your point balance.
Click Continue, then Redeem. A new tab opens with our gift card partner, Tremendous, where you'll claim your reward. Click Redeem again (the button shows your gift card amount) to proceed.
Next, you'll see gift card options available in your country, like Amazon, Starbucks, Visa, or donation options.
Choose your gift card. You'll be redirected to view and use your gift card credentials right away, and you'll also receive an email with information about your gift card for safekeeping.
That's it! Gift cards are delivered instantly and automatically, so there's nothing to wait on.
✅ Keep the redemption page open until you've chosen your gift card. If you close it before selecting one, contact Donut support for a new link.

Which gift cards can I choose from?
Shoutouts gift cards are powered by Tremendous, with 2,500+ options across 200+ countries. You can browse the full catalog in the Tremendous Gift Card Catalog.
I'm outside the US. What currency will I get?
Gift cards are issued in USD and converted to your local currency when you redeem. Tremendous detects your country, shows the options available there, and displays the payout currency before you confirm.
What if I lose my gift card link?
If you already chose your gift card, check your email for a copy of it. If you closed the redemption page before choosing a card, or you can't find the email, contact Donut support and we'll send you a new link.
Do gift cards expire?
If your reward has an expiration date, you'll see it below the Redeem button on your redemption page. Once you choose a gift card, expiration depends on the card you picked; see Tremendous for details.
