Which gift cards are available?

How does currency conversion work for international teams?
Gift cards are issued in USD and converted to the recipient's local currency when they redeem. Tremendous detects their country, shows the reward options available there, and displays the payout currency before they confirm. There are no conversion fees. How fast are gift cards fulfilled?
Gift cards are delivered instantly and automatically.
What happens if someone loses their gift card link?
Employees can contact Donut support for a new link.
What if an employee closes the redemption page before choosing a gift card?
They would need to contact Donut support to get a new link.
Do gift cards expire?
Expiration rules are handled by Tremendous. Many states do not allow gift cards to expire once redeemed.
Can only managers be given points to send?
Yes. Admins can assign custom point allowances on the People Page.
Are gift cards available during trial periods?
No. Gift cards are not available while your team is on a free trial. They become accessible only after upgrading to a paid Donut plan.
How are gift cards billed?
Gift card redemptions are charged automatically to your payment method on file. You’ll be billed at the end of your billing cycle for the total amount redeemed. If redemptions reach $100 before the end of the cycle, the charge may be processed earlier.
Are there processing fees for gift cards?
Yes. An 8% processing fee is added to gift card redemptions for teams paying by card. The fee is included in the redemption charges billed to your payment method on file.
For Enterprise Customers:
Enterprise customers are invoiced upfront for a set amount at renewal and are not charged the 8% processing fee. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for further details and support.
