On the Homepage: The Intros feedback module is part of your homepage dashboard, where you can easily monitor engagement across all your Donut programs. Metrics include data from the last 30 days.

βIn Your Intros Channel Group: View the feedback within the specific Intros channel settings for detailed, round-by-round performance data.
In the left sidebar menu, go to Donut Channels > All Channels
Click the settings gear for the Intros channel you'd like to view feedback for
Click the Programs Hub button in the top right corner
Go to the Intro Groups tab

Quick Feedback Snapshot: Instantly see aggregated results with a thumbs-up/thumbs-down rating system. This lets you know at a glance how your team feels about their intros.
What Did They Enjoy?: View a breakdown of what your teammates most enjoyed about their intros, such as the opportunity to connect with new colleagues, learning about different aspects of the company, or brainstorming ideas.
Real-Time Insights: The feedback is updated regularly, allowing you to see the evolving sentiment and take action quickly.

Additional Reporting Options:
Email Reports: Set up automated email reports to receive feedback summaries after each round of intros. Reports are sent out in the afternoon after participants have had time to submit their responses.
In-Channel Stats: Enable in-channel stats to keep your team motivated with regular updates on the performance of your Intros program.
