Donut will notify you about various occurrences, such as failed messages, successful role selections, and new hires added from your HRIS. As an admin, you can select which Journeys you would like to receive notifications for, ensuring you never miss important updates.
To edit your Error Notifications:
Under Donut Journeys, Click Settings in the left navigation to view your Journeys Settings.
Select the Notifications tab and locate your Notifications preferences
Click the Search Journeys field to select which Journeys you'd like to receive notifications about.
Once you've made your selections, click Save.
