Adding a Journeys Admin
Admins with the appropriate permissions, depending on your plan, can log into your Donut Dashboard to access and manage Journeys, Participants, and New Hires.
Free and Standard Plans: Only Journey creators can adjust permissions for their own Journeys by taking the following steps:
Go to Donut Journeys > All Journeys in the left sidebar menu.
Click the Journey you want to edit permissions for.
Click the gear icon to go to the Journey's settings.
βNavigate to the Permissions tab.
Type the name of the person you'd like to give edit access to into the search bar.
Click Save to apply the changes.

Premium Plan: Account Admins, Journey Admins, and Journey creators can manage Journeys and adjust permissions. To add Journey Admins who can manage all Journeys, follow these steps:
Go to Donut Journeys > Settings in the left sidebar menu.
Navigate to the Admins tab and click Add Admin.
Assign either Full or Limited access:
Full Access: can add or remove other Journey Admins via the Dashboard's Settings tab
Limited Access: can edit all Journeys but cannot add additional Journey Admins
Note: Any added admin must have an active Slack account within your workspace.
Transferring Donut Journeys to Someone Else
If you need to temporarily or permanently transfer Donut Journeys ownership to someone else, we have a series of best practices for doing so.
Missed or Failed Messages
Sometimes there's an issue that prevents Donut from sending a Message. If you'd like to be notified of these issues, click into the "Notifications" tab at the top of the Settings page to edit your notification settings.Β
