How to: Use Multi-task Messages

Tasks are one of the special types of Donut Messages that you can use to remind New Hires, participants, and other stakeholders about critical employee program tasks that need to be completed.

If you have several items you want to remind partcipants to complete, you can use Multi-task Messages to bundle tasks together and keep everyone on track.

How to: Use Multi-Task Messages

  1. Login to the dashboard at

  2. Select All Journeys from the left sidebar menu > Select a Journey to edit

  3. Click Add Message to create a New Message (or alter an existing one if it's a Task)

  4. Select the Role that the task will be sent to

  5. Enter the content describing the task in the "What is it" section

  6. Hit "Add Another Task" to create multiple tasks

  7. Save your message when finished!
