Tasks are one of the special types of Donut Messages that you can use to remind New Hires and other stakeholders about critical onboarding tasks that need to be completed.

If you have several items you want to remind New Hires or stakeholders to complete, you can use Multi-task Messages to bundle tasks together and keep everyone on track.

How to: Use Multi-Task Messages

  1. Login to the dashboard at app.donut.ai

  2. Select a Template

  3. Create a New Message (or alter an existing one if it's a Task)

  4. Select "Task" as the message type under "What Is It?" 

  5. Hit "Add Another Task" to create multiple tasks

  6. Save your message when finished!
