If your team has any upcoming periods of time out of office, you might want to check your team's scheduled Donut messages and move things around a bit to minimize any Intros or Watercooler prompts that happen while they are away.


Reschedule Intros for a Single Channel

  1. Login at app.donut.ai

  2. Navigate to "All Channels" in the left-hand menu

  3. Click the tab, "Donut channels in your workspace"

  4. Click on the settings gear for your Donut channel

  5. Click "Scheduling & Meeting" at the top of the page

  6. Look for the field that says "Next Intro" and move the date as needed

  7. Be sure to click "Save" at the bottom of the page when you're finished

Reschedule Watercooler Topics for a Single Channel

  1. Login at app.donut.ai

  2. Navigate to "All Channels" in the left-hand menu

  3. Click on "Donut channels in your workspace"

  4. Select the Donut Watercooler channel & click on the ⚙️icon

  5. Under the "Program Basics" tab, look for the field that says "Next Send Date"

  6. Edit the date of your next post as needed

  7. Be sure to click "Save" at the bottom of the page when you're finished

Reschedule Intros + Watercooler Topics for All Channels

You will be able to reschedule all channels you own or have permissions to edit with the click of a button!

  1. Login at app.donut.ai

  2. Click the tab, "Donut channels in your workspace"

  3. Click the link "Reschedule All" in the top right corner.

  4. Select a date from the calendar selection tool.

  5. Select "Continue"

  6. Click the "Reschedule" button, once you are sure you want to reschedule all of your channels.

Note: Rescheduling All will not impact the cadence you have selected for your Intros or Watercooler Channels. To adjust when Intros or Watercooler topics are sent after using Reschedule All, you'll follow the steps for rescheduling individual channels above.
