Where to Find It
Go to app.donut.ai and log in.
Click "Profile" left sidebar.
Select “My Settings”.

Intros Settings
Snooze Intros
Temporarily pause Donut Intros and notifications. Use this if you're out of office, heads down on a project, or just want a break from Intros for a bit.
Click the “Snooze all intros until…” field
Pick a return date and Donut will automatically resume
Set Your Working Hours
Donut uses your working hours to suggest meeting times for intros. These are synced to your Slack time zone, and help avoid pairing you during off-hours.
Set when your workday begins and ends (e.g., 9:00am–6:00pm)
Donut will suggest meeting times within the hours you choose, in your Slack account's time zone
Exclude Calls with Certain Teammates
Choose individuals you’d prefer not to be paired with.
This does not apply to channels using Lottery Intros.
Avoiding pairs with teammates is completely confidential.
Once updated, these preferences apply across all eligible Donut Intros channels you’re in.
Celebrations Settings
Set your birthday and work anniversary dates so your team can celebrate you.
Click the Celebrations tab at the top of the Settings page
Enter your birthday and work anniversary dates
Choose the Slack channel where birthday messages will be post
Donut Channels
The Channels tab lets you view all of the Donut channels you’re part of in one place, including Intros, Watercooler, and Celebrations.
From this tab, you can:
See each channel’s type, number of members, owner, and current status (Active, Snoozed, Excluded, or Not a member)
Snooze or resume Intros for specific channels
Click a channel name to open it directly in Slack
