How does my plan impact Donut Watercooler options?

With our Free Plan, you get a single Watercooler channel equipped with 12 of our most popular conversation starters. You can also choose when to have the prompts come in for your team! This "Default Dozen" pack will recycle once used!

If you're looking for more variety and customization options, upgrade to one of our Standard or Premium Plans that offer unlimited channels, access to our entire topics library, and the ability to create your own topics and packs. So everyone gets something they'll enjoy participating in!

Who counts as an active user with Donut Watercooler channels?

All members in any Donut Watercooler channel are considered active users or "participants."

How much does a Watercooler channel cost?

Actual pricing depends on which pricing tier your team falls within. Our pricing tiers vary depending on the total active users in your selected plan.

If you're on the Standard Plan, this will include everyone using Watercooler, Intros, and Celebrations. If you're on the Premium Plan, this will consist of everyone using Watercooler, Intros, Celebrations, and Onboarding.
