Only Donut Admins within your organization are able to log into to access and manage Templates and New Hires. Any Admin can add or remove another Admin by going to the Settings tab at

Sometimes there's an issue that prevents Donut from sending a Message. If you'd like to be notified of these issues, click into the "Notifications" tab at the top of the Settings page to edit your error notification settings.
